Siddhartha Public School is a chain of
residential schools, having branches at Rishipattanam (Chuttupalu), Ramgarh
Cantt. The school at Ramgarh Cantt. Is Affiliated to the Indian Council for
Secondary Education (ICSE), New Delhi. There is a proposal to upgrade the
affiliation upto the higher secondary level. The students are provided with
top-level teaching by highly experienced teachers. The quality of teaching
is enhanced by using a mixture of theory & practical workshops, so that the
academic contents is clearly implanted in the students mind. There is
sufficient scope for extra and co-curricular activities, so that the
students use every available opportunity to keep themselves busy in a
productive manner.
Siddhartha Public School, Rishipattanam is located in a campus having an
area of 40 acres amidst the pristine & serene natural greenery of the
Chottanagpur Hills. There are separate buildings for boys & girls hostels,
sufficient classrooms, laboratories, auditorium, workshop, hospital,
playground & guesthouse. Hostel accommodation for both students and teacher
is compulsory in the campus.
Profession Linked Integrated Education Programme
Under this system, the parents in consolation with the experts decide about
the profession or career for their children in advance. Thereafter children
are educated specifically for the pre-decided profession or career from the
very beginning till the completion of the professional courses. The school,
if so desired by the parents, may also take the responsibility of children
for appearing at various professional Institutions’ Entrance Examination for
admission after passing +2 or Graduation. Accordingly, children are admitted
to Nursery or maximum upto Class III in these residential schools and are
required to continue their education upto Class XII.
Admission Procedure & Enrolment
Parents having children of 3 to 7 years of age(of either sex) and who desire
to educate them for any of the pre-decided professions, may apply to the
Foundation to appear for a combined Entrance test on a prescribed form along
with an Account Payee Bank Draft of Rs 300( Three Hundred only) drawn in
favour of The Council for Siddhartha Public School (India) payable at Ranchi.
Application Forms for registration may be had by post with its Prospectus of
Siddhartha Public School against Rs120 (Rs one Hundred and twenty Only)
payable by Cash/DD/MO. Admission to any Siddhartha Public School for any
profession will be done only on the basis of the result of the test.
The programme is so regulated and designed that there is zero chance of
missing the target. However, Achievement of the Pre-decided profession is
subject to continuation of education in the Siddhartha Public School, and at
the colleges/ Institutions recommended and approved by the council of
Siddhartha Public School (India). The achievement is also based on the
co-operation of the parents/ students, without which it would not be
possible for the council to achieve the pre-decided profession/ career.
